Sister Vickies last recorded words

Touching the hem of Jesus garment.

Sister Vickie often talked about receiving virtue from touching the hem of Jesus garment.
She could greatly identify with the woman with an issue of blood.
To be able to reach out and touch that hem was Sisters Vickie's  long time focus.

Brett Pfister, Sister Vickie's son, video taped his mother the day after her miracle.
She talks about the procession of her dreams and visions in her quest to reach out,
touch and obtain the virtue of Jesus her savior.

This is the audio from that video.
I'm grateful to be able to hear her say:

"God has been so good to me, in this"
"It's just been amazing."
"The memories of the beautiful things that has happened, it's just to many to mention"

Sister Vickie is obviously weak in her breath.
It helps if you plug in a headset to your computer, laptop or phone to hear better.

Thank you Brett for sharing your mothers last recorded words.
They are a priceless treasure.

I'm so thankful that you posted all of this, but especially Vickie's last recorded words. It wasn't anything new to me, as I'm her sister and she had told me all these things, but it is such a blessing to have it where I can go back and listen to again and again. Thank you for the precious pictures. I have saved them all to my phone and look back at them time and time again. Vickie was such an inspiration to every one who knew her, and I can say, as her sister, having grown up with her, that her focus was on the Lord from a very early age. One thing that I feel like telling you about is that after she was baptized so late at night, she went to bed with a concern in her heart that she might not be able to partake of the ordinance supper the next night. Her and I were sleeping together that night and she told me of this concern. She prayed about it, and then told me that she felt the Lord lay a protective cover over her. It took away her fear, and was a great comfort to me as well. I truly do thank you from the bottom of my heart for this tribute to my sister, and the great faith that she had.

Mr. Or Mrs. Anonymous. I hope you come back to read this reply. Yes, in a way I started this blog for myself. I wanted and needed to be able to have stories of faith at my fingertips. A lot of times you can be encouraged to get through things in a graceful manor because someone else did. Sometimes you just need plain ole encouragement to carry on another day. Other times it may just put your faith into focus. Whatever the situation God prevails. Thanks for visiting and I hope you return to read many more stories of faith.
